This beautifully styled two-storey unit with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a shared pool area is set just minutes away from the shore of First Bay in Coolum. Just a 10min walk is one of Coolum Beach's most popular areas the, "Esplanade" which boasts an array of cafes, restaurants, and trendy shops. There is also a large park and playground and patrolled beach. This property has everything you could ask for - perfect for that family getaway or for relaxing after a day spent surfing, or sunbathing.

We have a strict no-party policy. Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home, or neighbours. Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.

Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.

Please leave the home neat and tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.

If smoking occurs on the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorizing.

Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed on to our guests.
