Almost an hour from checking in time and very close to get to the property, we received a cancellation over text. Apparent emergency situation after New Year’s Eve. So we (Husband, myself and our dog) had no where to go with food backed for the last few days of our holidays. Owner did not answer my text back Todate. Very disappointed and this truly ruined our start of the year.
