Estamos encantados de volver como un stayz y esperamos poder darle la bienvenida a mi propiedad, espaciosa y encantadora casa de ladrillo con encanto del viejo mundo construida en 1927, techos decorativos de 10 pies de altura, chimenea de leña en la sala de estar, pisos de madera de Japón negro en todo, moderno Cocina con electrodomésticos nuevos, horno y anafe y baño de azulejos tradicional.
Las encantadoras ventanas victorianas permiten que entre mucha luz en las habitaciones llenas de sol
Cálido y acogedor para grupos en invierno con la chimenea en la habitación familiar.
* Tenga la seguridad de que antes de cada estadía de huéspedes, la casa se limpia profesionalmente y se lava toda la ropa.

Property was comfortable for our group. It was in a great position in Bowral, Park the car and walk everywhere, very central. It is an old house and needs a little maintenance but comfortable enough for our two night stay.

We had a lovely stay, love old houses, it was clean and tidy… heating warmed the house well. Location is excellent, walked into town for dinner Only 3 rooms were made up as there were only 3 of us booked in. Could do with some updated pictures of lounge room, but still cozy- had no need to light the fireplace. Communication with Tanya was great, check in seamless… I would recommend any day.. we will be back.

Love Casa Antica, had a beautiful weekend there with some friends. Super cosy. Saturday lunch with a bottle of local wine in the sunshine on the back porch was divine. The bedding is beautiful and very comfortable. Easy walk into Bowral. Do be aware that there are cracks in several walls but it is a lovely old home and I think this is reflected in the excellent price. Great value, thanks for having us!

Thank you for your awesome review of our home. It is a character filled home with modern amenities neat clean and tidy. Yes we are often told the beds are super comfy and the shower is super hot and the heating warm and toasty which we believe are the most necessary items on stay. I am so glad that you got to experience it all. And yes there are some slight imperfections in minor surface lines to be expected of a house that age. So glad you had a wonderful weekend away and that you got to enjoy the house for what it really offers lots of charm. I look forward to you visiting again and so glad the price was right for you. We try our best to be competitive and offer a good deal for a lovely charming home that is a walk to town.

The property was warm, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. As mentioned previously, some of the furniture in the house did not match the furniture in the listing.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Casa Antica. The location is absolutely perfect with only a short stroll to the main street, cafes, shops, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel quiet and relaxing. The property itself was clean and had the essentials required for our stay.

Old house with charm but tired.There were issues with check in as manager hadnt recieved confitmarion from expedia.After some emails and phone calls back and forth was sorted and refund for afternoon tea as had wait couple of hours while house cleaned.Walk to shops and restaurants.House well heated .Fan in bathroom needs cleaning .

The period features are exceptional and rare with decorative 10'ft ceilings, timber floorboards throughout and large picture windows all within a double brick structure. The veranda makes outdoor entertaining lots of fun as the home is elevated with a lovely outlook on a large flat block. A rare and charming period home within 200m to the township of Bowral.
