This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in West Hyannisport is a vacationer’s dream! Just over a mile from Craigville Beach, it comes with a Barnstable beach pass, giving you access to all town beaches. With central air, a large fenced-in backyard, and pet-friendly amenities, it’s the perfect Cape Cod getaway for the whole family.

Step inside to a spacious family room with cathedral ceilings, a large sectional, a flat-screen TV, and sliders that open to the backyard. Beyond the family room, the dining room features a table big enough for everyone, right next to a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. A separate living room provides another cozy spot with comfortable seating and a second TV.

Down the hall, you’ll find three bedrooms: two guest rooms each with twin beds, plus the bright and spacious primary bedroom with a queen bed and updated ensuite bath. A newly remodeled full bath with tub/shower serves the guest bedrooms. The home also includes a washer/dryer on the lower level for your convenience.

The fenced backyard is private and perfect for outdoor living. Fire up the gas grill, dine outside at the large table, rinse off after the beach in the enclosed outdoor shower, and then gather around the fire pit for marshmallows and Cape Cod nights under the stars.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
