Stay near the heart of Christchurch in this unique accommodation—a combination of two side-by-side 2-storey townhouses in the same complex. Together, they offer 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, perfect for up to 8 guests. Each townhouse features stylish interiors, a modern kitchen, and a living/dining area. With its prime location near the CBD, you'll have easy access to local attractions, shops, and eateries, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking space and convenience.
The 2-storey townhouse has the Living, Dining, Kitchen and outdoor areas on the ground floor.
• The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
• There's also a dining area with seating making it easy to enjoy meals together.
Bedrooms:
• First floors contains both bedrooms. The first house has both bedrooms with Queen-sized beds.
The second house has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and the other with 2 King-single beds.
• Both houses have full bathrooms on the first floor.
• Both houses have an additional toilet on the ground floor.
• Each bed will be freshly made and ready for your arrival, with all necessary linens thoughtfully provided for your convenience.
Laundry:
There is a washing machine on both houses in the laundry. Laundry powder is provided.
Parking:
There is no allocated parking space for the property. There is only free on-street parking.
Guests will have the entire property to use themselves and travelling companions. A keypad access makes it easy to enter the property without the worry of keys.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours.
The extra cost is to cover express cleaning.
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.
City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the neighbours
The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
Upper floors are accessible via stairs only. These are two separate townhouses which can be booked together to accommodate larger groups and families.
This property has no allocated parking provided. Street parking only.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
