This property is situated in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.

In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply:

No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.

Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbours or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.

There is off-street and on-street parking available at this property. There are also bus stops within walking distance. There are also ample parking spaces on-street and off, however the garage will not be available for guest use.
