The house was very spacious and lots of room for everyone inside and outside !! The pool and game room were fun for the kids !! We definitely will be coming back to Disney and stay here again !!

House is in a great location for the parks. Spacious with very nice bathrooms. The play room was nice for the kids except we had to call maintenance to come secure the air hockey and foosball tables as they were dangerously loose. Also paid for the pool\spa to be heated but the spa water never got hot when the timer\bubbles were on. It just pumped in cold water. The pool did heat nicely tho. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking wares but there is no storage for pantry food if you go shopping.

Love this place!!!!

I loved the house. It had plenty of room and the game room was amazing. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because I feel the management team needs some help. I had several issues when I first arrived. Most were not big deals except the oven didn’t work and we had food to cook. 24 hours later someone literally came and looked at the issues but nothing got fixed. We didn’t have an oven all week. Then we went to use the pool and there was a snake in the pool. When I called management team I was informed it would be 24 hours before anyone would come and get it out…. This girl does not do snakes!!!! I just feel that is an issue that should be immediately not 24 hours!!!!! But the house was great and we had a great time!!!

We had such a great trip with our family. The house was clean and relaxing and someone was available to help us if we needed it. The beds were comfortable and the game room is fantastic. The house was always a nice cool break from the Florida heat and it was such a short drive to the Disney parks.
