Welcome to Atarah (means "crown"), part of the Windsor Hill Resort amenities and just 3 miles from Disney World. This beautiful home is furnished to the highest standard, perfectly positioned for life-long vacation memories.

The space
Our 5-bedroom 5-bathroom villa is located less than 10 minutes away from Disney in the beautiful gated resort of Windsor Hills. As you step inside the foyer of your vacation home after a long day of traveling or enjoying the area, you will relax in your home away from home. To top off your fun filled days, you will enjoy a wonderful sunset view from your private pool/spa area each evening. Each rental is covered by an administration fee that covers $2,500 in rental insurance, for peace of mind during your stay.

LOCATION

Our villa is located in Windsor Hills on the highest and most premium location, with an overlook of a nature area and the Orlando in the distance. At Windsor Hills you will find a large community pool, two large waterslides, a movie screening room, an arcade, a fitness center, and sundries shop. Ample parking is available for those who wish to drive over. Also nearby, there is a fun playground for the big kids, and a beautiful recreation area including tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts - great for those with active lifestyles or want a little competition during their holiday!

POOL AND SPA

From the living room, there is a large sliding glass door that leads to the screened-in pool area. Sit back and relax on one of the sun-loungers, or enjoy a meal poolside with the outdoor dishes provided. Take a dip in the pool or enjoy the spa as you enjoy beautiful sunsets and the most private atmosphere available in all of the resort homes. During the day you can either enjoy the shaded area, or the afternoon has warm sunshine in the deck.

For the safety of all the children with you, there is a child fence available for around the pool.

Pool heat is optional and must be requested prior to your arrival day. There is an additional charge of $30 per day for pool heat.

EAT-IN KITCHEN AND FORMAL DINING ROOM

The kitchen area provides ample space to prepare on-the-go meals to bring to the many nearby area attractions, saving your family money that can be used towards vacation fun! The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops, black granite appliances - a refrigerator with ice maker, microwave (new), dishwasher (new) and stove with oven. There are numerous small appliances including coffee maker, blender, kettle and more. Those who love to cook will appreciate enough cookware, dishes, flatware and bakeware to prepare a feast for the entire family. Also included are dishes, cups, bowls and cutlery for your little ones. Within the kitchen you will also find a breakfast table with seating for six at the window looking out on the front of the property.

Planning a more formal meal? There is an elegant dining area with seating for eight. A pass-through from the kitchen makes it so easy to serve the delicious meal you’ve prepared.

LIVING ROOM

The living room provides ample seating space, and comfort. Watch cable television at your leisure, or connect your own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime accounts to immerse yourself in all of your favorite content. Keep the kids entertained with a selection of movies to choose from. The whole family will enjoy the new 65 inch flat screen TV.

TWO MAIN FLOOR KING MASTER SUITES

On the ground level, there are two beautiful pool-facing Master King Suites, with high quality comfortable mattresses for resting after your fun filled days. These rooms are perfect for those who don’t like stairs. Enjoy the privacy of an ensuite bathroom, featuring dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet to store all of your clothes and suitcases.

QUEEN BEDROOM
The third bedroom on the main floor has a queen size bed and the attached bathroom has dual door access for the bedroom, as well as the guests in the main area.

TWO UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS

With two twin beds each, and an en-suite bathroom for EACH bedroom, these rooms will be the cherry on top of a magical family vacation. Brush your teeth, take a nice shower, or even have a bath in the adjoining bathroom.


GAME ROOM

Equipped with a pool table, air hockey table, and TV, this is a lively spot to hang out during your stay. The game room also has a XBox One with controllers and games.
