The place was beautiful. The kitchen had everything needed for morning coffee and other meals if required. Shopping was close enough to get some essentials if needed. Taxi to the downtown core was easy to secure. Would absolutely go there again if we travel to NFLD

The unit was as described, spacious living area and 2 good sized bedrooms and a large kitchen. Very clean with a lot of nice added touches. We were able to enjoy the deck in the evening. Ample parking. We wanted to stay away from the downtown tourists area and the location is close but not right in it. Andrea is an excellent host. Very quick to respond and willing to assist if needed.

Great location for easy acneicess to all St. John's area.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is on a fairly busy street, but the neighborhood is quiet at night and street noise is not noticeable inside. We enjoyed taking in the evenings on the deck.The deck is equipped with a gas grill which we made use of as well as the nice kitchen. We stayed 4 nights which allowed us to take in several sites in St. Johns and also make one day trip to Bull's Bay for a whale/ puffin tour boat excursion a short drive away. Andrea was easy to communicate with and check-in was easy.
