Very comfortable and nicely renovated cottage, lots of gathering options including large screened sitting room, unscreened, cottage deck, firepit area and dock. Inflatable raft seems to be shared by 3 cottages & is quite fun for younger folks. VERY quiet motorless small lake. Attentive hosts saw to a needed BBQ repair immediately. Some "no trespassing" signage at final fork in roadway caused confusion and a wrong turn - ignore the signs, and take the right hand fork. Needs a proper oar for canoe. Tons of firewood available and good bug zappers. Very well equipped kitchen, more appliances than you could need, only thing missed there was a cheese grater. The place smells nicely of newly cut wood. Wish we had stayed longer.

This place was just beautiful, smooth check-in and very quick response from the hosts. We ran out of propane and someone was there within 5 mins to hook it up. The layout was very spacious there were 8 of us and never felt like we were on top of each other. The beds were all very comfortable and nice that everything was supplied. Very quiet lake and very warm water, lots of toys and the blow up in the water was a great hit even with the kids in their twenties. Loved the pontoon float on the dock great for getting out of the sun and the fishing was great. Kitchen well stocked easy to find things. If you like a lot of ice like we do, there is a store in baysville right near the LCBO that sells bags. It was very very hot when we were there so I would suggest bringing an extra fan or too for sleeping. We had a fire ban but with the screened in porch and large table for games never a bad moment. Thanks again we will be back!

Would book again in a heartbeat.

Check in, smooth. The host was active with messages leading up to the check in. Details were easy to follow. The cottage was clean, bright and inviting.Kitchen and amenities were good for a cottage. Everything worked as expected. The wifi was great, even providing coverage to the dock. The floating pontoon was a great addition from when we booked it. The extra seating was helpful for the afternoons on the dock. The fishing was stellar, early morning and at dusk. The kids all caught multiple fish. Worms worked best. The screened in Muskoka room was nice in the evening to enjoy the cooler night without the bugs. The beds were all comfortable. The lake was nice and quiet with no motorized boats the entire time we were there. Getting rid of the garbage at departure was easy. We’d recommend this VRBO rental to friends and family, just not on weeks we want to go!
