Beautifully renovated 1925 house on wonderfully quiet cut-de-sac in West Hobart. Breathtaking views over the city and river Derwent and out to the surrounding hills. A 10 min walk to the city or go bush-walking or mtn biking at the end of our street. Watch sunrise or sunset from the serene balcony overlooking the river. You have the entire house to yourself, the new apartment downstairs locked up for the owners. Brand new Springfree trampoline in garden.
The space
Entry hall, living room with TV, sofa, two chairs, and French doors opening out to balcony with outdoor sofa, chair and table, all with wonderful panoramic leafy views over Hobart and the river Derwent.
High speed Wifi * Netflix * brand new large screen TV * air conditioning * new Asko XL dishwasher * heat pump * beautiful restored timber floors.
Dining room table seats 6-8 through to kitchen table and newly renovated kitchen. Microwave * 6 burner 900mm gas stove and oven * two bar stools at kitchen bench * fully stocked kitchen with view over private rear garden. Brand new Springfree trampoline in garden with wonderful views over the city and river.
Main bedroom - views over Hobart and the river, king bed, luxury linen, electric blanket.
Second bedroom - queen bed, luxury linen, electric blanket.
Third bedroom - brand new bunk beds (standard sized single mattresses so suitable for adults as well as children).
Brand new washing machine and dryer.
One main bathroom with shower, bathtub with jets, plus one toilet separate to the main house in gorgeous original toilet outhouse.
Rock terraced back yard with more wonderful views. Total property is approximately 650m2. Parking is always available on the street outside the house. The street is a very quiet cul-de-sac.
You have the entire house to yourself.
It's wonderfully peaceful.
