The building is 1 block away from Metro Frontenac which will take you directly to downtown Montreal. You are located blocks away from Sherbrooke and close to restaurants and groceries.
The building is newly built and the suite is located on the top floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a gorgeous patio overlooking the city. It is two floors with lots of space for your whole family. The first floor is equipped with 2 bedroom with a queen size bed in each bedroom and the second floor has 1 queen size beds with private washrooms; thus, it can sleep up to 8 guests included 2 extra person can be in the large Italian sofa.

The building is 1 block away from Metro Frontenac which will take you directly to downtown Montreal. You are located blocks away from Sherbrooke and close to restaurants and groceries.

Great location near the Metro, clean property exactly as pictured. Has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Be aware there is no elevator so you must be able to climb the stairs. Would be great in summer with all the outdoor space too.

Convenient and Quiet

Walking to metro and groceries is very easy. The building is quiet and the off-street parking spot is nice to have. The apartment has good size bedrooms and comfortable beds. We enjoyed a great view of the fireworks on the terrace 2 of the nights (from Six Flags). We had a memorable stay and hope to return again one day.

3rd story of a non-elevator building. Very spacious. But the place has an odor of sewer smell that I shared with the owner. Grocery nearby but not many restaurant options.
