The place is spotless. The beds are super comfortable, which is always a nice surprise for me. Great location if you are visiting someone in Woburn. Another great surprise: if you are a runner or walker, there is a 2 mile trail loop around the reservoir less than a mile away.

Comfortable overnight stay in a good location

Our 2nd overnight stay here was quite comfortable. The home is in excellent condition, thoughtfully equipped, and spotlessly clean. It's located conveniently, just a short walk from several places with takeout and a CVS, and just a short drive from the Boston suburban highways, It's on a quiet, dead-end street in a nice neighborhood. The owner has been helpful.

We also like hosting and cooking for friends and family.

North Woburn is small residential community just 3 miles from city centered around community green space and lined up with local restaurants, bars , and shops.
The neighbourhood sits along interstate 95 and 93 , so commuting to and from is breeze.
It also offers proximity to Woburn Village and nearby shopping center. Middlesex Fells Reservoir , a 2,575- acre park, is just a few minutes south of town along the interstate. This dog-friendly spot is the perfect place for hiking, baking , and enjoying the state’s beautiful natural landscape.
