The Cowgirls Dream was a great place to celebrate my sister turning 40. It was close to everything we wanted to do and an uber ride to anything else! We will definitely be coming back.

This property was even more beautiful than the pictures. Very clean, well maintained, and space could not be laid out any better. Love the Gulch area and the fact that you are not in the hustle & bustle of Broadway but that you are only a 15 minute walk away.

This property was perfect for our stay in downtown Nashville! Adorable place with comfy beds and a gorgeous view! It was so close to everything in The Gulch and while we could have walked to Broadway we would uber for less than 10. The pool has the MOST gorgeous view of the city. Everything was absolutely delightful!

The place was beautiful and the host communication was wonderful. It is clean and a great place to stay and have a great time in Nashville. The only recommendation is to tell guests how to walk to downtown from condo as it took us over 30 minutes to find out way and it does not seem that we went the correct and best route from the condo so we ubered the rest of the stay. Great neighborhood though and bars right in the neighborhood too for dining and drinks. The condo was clean with great furnishings and not bad views.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Nashville! It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. The views were incredible, and the location couldn’t have been better. We loved being able to walk to great restaurants, cute boutiques, and Broadway, which made exploring Nashville so convenient and enjoyable.The apartment was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Having access to the pool was also a great bonus and made it easy to relax and unwind.Another thing we really appreciated was how easy it was to get a Lyft. Pickups were quick and convenient, which made getting around Nashville so easy.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and it made my birthday trip extra special. We absolutely loved our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a great Nashville getaway!

The space was perfect for a girls trip to Nashville! The area and building felt safe and are just a block or two from so many great restaurants! The apartment was clean and so cute! As good, if not better, than the pictures! Me and all my friends will definitely be booking again if visiting Nashville again.

The property cleanliness was not up to my standards. There was hair from a previous guest in the shower and on the bathroom floor behind the trash can. There was soap from a previous guest in the shower and the shower curtain liners were very dirty. We had to wash the frying pan before we used it due to baked on food. The makeup table lights were dead and we needed to charge them. One of our keys didn’t work, but we were able to replace it downstairs.Other than that, the location was nice and the parking was easy and secure. Host was responsive. Beds were comfortable.

Didn’t really go to the pool. It rained on the day we were going to go. It is a 3 ft pool, not for swimming more for lounging. The shower liners need to be changed in both bathrooms. The washer had to be wiped out before we used it. It had a slimy mold on the rubber seal which is common on front load washers. It also appears that there was a repair in the hallway bathroom and there are handprints on the wall. Beds are really hard. Way to may pillows everywhere! The projector never came in focus so we could not watch anything in the living room. Location was great. Coffee was at Prickly pear next door, and tacos across the street at Federales. Internet was fast, reliable and secure.

Everything about the property and our stay was wonderful except the broken key fob access to the outside entrances and elevator. While trying to unload our car, in all of the hustle and bustle of trying to get into the building elevator while we had it open and could access it, one of my guests tripped over the tiny raised incline by the elevator entrance and had a terrible fall. The fall resulted in her hitting her face and shoulder on the elevator entrance and further falling into the elevator. Wasn't the ideal way to start the trip. This is more of a building issue than a host issue. Overall wonderful property!

Girls Trip

The unit is decorated very cute. Great for photos! The apartment complex is nice and good location, however the overall cleanliness of the complex and unit were disappointing. There was a used wine glass on the windowsill, some mold in the master shower and shower liners and not sure the bedding in the king size bed were not changed from prior guests, as the sheets were dirty. The toilet bowls are moldy and dirty (at the rim). There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, cans and other garbage under the one double bed. In addition, the trash disposal area in the complex was overflowing and very dirty, as well as the elevator floor was extremely dirty as well each day. Overall it was great place, but not sure we would stay in this building again.

Please know that we took your comments very seriously. Since your stay, we have implemented several changes to address each of the issues you mentioned. Our cleaning team has undergone retraining to ensure that all areas, including hidden spots like under beds and inside appliances, are thoroughly checked and cleaned. We've also replaced any questionable bedding and added an extra layer of inspection for all linens moving forward. The mold in the bathrooms and shower liners has been fully treated, and maintenance has addressed the condition of the toilet bowls. We've also worked with the building management to report and follow up on the trash disposal area and elevator cleanliness — both of which are very important to us and future guests. We're truly sorry these issues affected your stay, and we thank you for bringing them to our attention. Your experience has helped us make meaningful improvements, and we hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future to provide the high standard of comfort and cleanliness we aim for.
