Our luxury 2-bedroom condo is perfect for your escape to Nashville! With 2 king beds and 2 renovated bathrooms, this ground floor property offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra space.

*Located on 1st Ave on the water, enjoy relaxing views of the river! Just walk out the front door to the greenway walking trail to access all that Nashville has to offer, including world-famous Broadway and honky-tonk bars and nightlife!

*20 minute walk or a cheap Uber/Lyft/taxi to Broadway, Rymean Theater, etc! On a recent Friday night, a standard Uber to Broadway was $7.99, while an XL for 6 people was $17.

*Two blocks to Germantown and the baseball stadium; walk to Jonthan's Grille (sports bar), Social Cantina, Toastique, Third and Home sports bar, Tailgate Brewery, Far Better Distillery, and more!

*FREE ONSITE PARKING! Parking is safe and covered.

Nashville get away

The condo was great. Very clean! Kim was very responsive. About an 18 min walk to all the fun! Walk was very well lit! The pool was nice to have since it was hot all week! Would definitely stay there if we come back to Nashville!

Very nice accommodations. Hadn’t been there in a couple years. Truly enjoyed all the entertainment downtown. Condo was very accommodating, with everything you need. Was pleasant watching the wildlife and boats on the river.. would highly recommend.

Fabulous trip to Nashville

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We had breakfast on the deck every morning and really liked having the view of the river as we did so. Kim (the owner) was great to deal with and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The Perfect Place to Stay in Nashville

Our vacation to Nashville was perfect in so many ways. However, choosing to stay here made our trip so much more comfortable. The owner, Kim, has thought of literally EVERYTHING to make your stay next level. The apartment has just about everything you could think of needing. The location is close enough to all sites and you are right on the river. Highly recommend choosing this VRBO for your next visit to Nashville!

Great long weekend in Nashville

We had a great stay at this condo - it was very clean, spacious, conveniently located and had all amenities we needed. The owner was incredibly responsive, available via phone to answer our questions, give us suggestions on where to go and even delivered us extra water and coffee. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Great Location

Well equipped unit right on the river. Ground floor was perfect for trip for my mothers 81st birthday. Close to Broadway - walkable if you’re up for it.

Great spot.

The place was exactly as listed. Nice 15 min walk along the river to Broadway. The unit was equipped with everything needed and was super clean.

Great stay!!

We loved everything about Kim's place! The location was great, comfortable beds, clean, well stocked. We contracted Kim when we were missing a few things and she responded right away and came over to bring us coffee pods and snacks. She is lovely! The pool was a huge plus! We will definitely stay here again!

Holiday visit

Stopped in Nashville for short visit during holidays. This was an excellent place to stay - clean, good layout, parking and convenient to broadways and neighborhoods. We were able to walk ti the titans game. Owner is very responsive ti any questions via message. We would stay here again.

Great place

Condo was amazing! It was perfect for our group! Location was great - Broadway and other attractions were well within walking distance. Kim was very flexible with our early check in and a pleasure to deal with. Plenty of extras that you usually don’t get with rentals -soft drinks, snacks, coffee, etc. We will definitely stay here again!

We love being on the river!! Watching the boats (and party pontoons!) go by is so relaxing. Plus, we've got friendly woodchucks by the river who enjoy coming over for snacks!
