Park Oasis is the perfect retreat for a peaceful getaway. The spacious dining area seats six, and a cozy second sitting room offers extra relaxation space. Enjoy entertainment with a Smart TV, Netflix, and projector screens. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster. The master king bedroom has a walk-in robe, while three additional bedrooms feature built-in robes. A study area with a desk and chair makes working from home easy.

For fun and relaxation, there’s an array of amenities available. Exercise equipment, including a bench press machine, is provided for those who like to stay active. You can stay connected with CCTV for your safety. If you're traveling with little ones, we can provide a portacot or high chair upon request, and there are plenty of books and toys, including car toys for kids. Clotheslines are available for drying your laundry, ensuring your stay is comfortable and convenient.

The spacious gardens are perfect for kids to play and kick a footy or soccer ball, while swings, a small cubby house, and climbing items keep them entertained. For the adults, a small firepit and vegetable garden add to the charm of the outdoor space. At night, you may even spot kangaroos and deer from the home, adding a touch of nature to your stay.

It’s just a short stroll to Donvale Christian College, and close to Carey Baptist Grammar, Whitefriars College, and zoned to East Doncaster Secondary College and Milgate Primary. The property is also within easy reach of the Pines Shopping Centre, as well as city and school buses.
You’re minutes away from the peaceful river walks in Warrandyte, and close to the shops and cafes at Park Orchards and Donburn. Enjoy great connections to Westfield Doncaster and Eastland, making shopping and dining a breeze. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to Currawong Bush Park and Mullum Mullum Stadium, with a plethora of sporting options nearby. Public transport is easily accessible, and you're well connected to the freeway and Eastlink, making travel simple and convenient.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.
