The Space:

The two bathrooms are elegantly designed, with a main bathroom offering a bathtub and shower, and the ensuite bathroom providing added privacy and convenience.

- Property is approximately 25-30 km away from Melbourne Airport, which takes around 30-40 minutes depending on traffic

- Mandatory fortnightly clean with sheet change for bookings over 14 days plus at AUD$525

- Additional exit clean for bookings two months or more at AUD$525

- Accidental lock out, lost or failure to return keys/garage remote to lock box at exit A$175

- Strictly no smoking, in the apartment, on balcony or on any common areas of the property.

-Please ensure the BBQ is cleaned, otherwise a $80 clean fee will apply.





In accordance with our terms and conditions, we require a government-issued ID and a selfie to confirm the booking. The ID must match the name on the reservation before confirmation can be sent.



You will receive a secure link where you can safely upload the required documents. Once the booking is confirmed, a confirmation notice will be sent to you.



Guests will also be required to add a valid payment method and choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a pre-authorization bond (which is not an actual charge on the card unless damages occur).
