Hang out under one of the huge Live Oak shade trees and enjoy a fresh lake breeze or drop a line in the water off the boat dock / fishing pier. Sleep comfortably in 1 of only 3 newly constructed lakeside apartments. 1BR/1BA waterfront apartment with 2 Queen beds, full kitchen, smart TV, Direct TV and free internet service. Located on the water with a boat dock/fishing pier with electrical outlets for charging your boat. Property has a washer/dryer ready for you. This is a Perfect place to escape and enjoy some down time at the lake. Boat launch is available a hundred yards down the street for $5.

Commercial Ice Machine is located in Laundry Room. FREE ICE !!!!

We are pet friendly, no deposit required and pets welcome. We have had no issues with pets in several years so we are not going to be charging pet fees any longer...

Frying all those fish you caught is no problem! We have a fryer available to all guest.

We also have a charcoal BBQ pit available located off the back porch along with picnic tables.

There is also a wood fire pit near the water that is perfect for weenie roasts and s'mores with the family! All-in-all a perfect weekend or week-long getaway!

Everything was great the tv tho wouldn't get good wifi so just keep freezing up but everything was awesome loved the location and the doc

Labor Day weekend

It was an amazing last minute get away! There was amazing space, great place to fish, the fish were biting. My whole family loved it and we are going to look at staying here again for my father’s birthday!

Great Location but just basic needs

The room was a great location close to the marina and my family. The air was cold and everything was functioning. This room is basic though. It has a kitchen but a hodgepodge of dishes, WiFi was spotty, there was a directv dish outside but no service in room, bed skirts are dirty. Biggest complaint would be there were only two towels in the room. We booked for 4 people and stayed 3 nights. I would recommend at least having enough towels for the number of people that can stay in a room. It worked for being extra sleeping space for us while we visited family but I would have been more bothered if it was a full vacation.

Fantastic place!

Very cute place, new, and great property with things to enjoy— hammock, dock, chairs, fire pit, fish cleaning station, shade trees. The apt has ceiling fans, great AC unit, dishes, and even crock pot, fryer, and other thoughtful items. Also couple minutes walk to a small store that has everything you need and a grill open 10-2:30 most days. Super friendly people at the store and the owner of this property who was prompt at replying to my questions. Also great allows pets and no pet deposit! Great relaxing vacation.

It was lovely

We really enjoyed it. Plenty of room even if its all full. Beautiful veiws, comfortable beds, and everything you could need in the kitchen. We will deffinatly be coming back again.

Very relaxing!

Very nice apartment unit located in a big protected cove. Boat launch is right down the street but property is ideal for launching kayak, canoe, etc., from the bank. Plenty of fishing within that area and easy access to the open lake. The apartment was very clean and has plenty of room. Will definitely consider staying here again!

GREAT weekend get-away fishing cabin

Very easy to book with & communication with Manager was easy as well. Only 2 issues that need addressed....we wanted to watch college football on Saturday afternoon & no connectivity with the TV. And, the bed next to the wall/door is messed up....it leans towards the other bed.

We fell in love with this property and purchased the house in 2020 adding these three apartments soon after. We wanted a place to getaway and have rooms for all our family and friends as well.

This apartment is an ideal getaway. The beautiful trees, shaded yard and secluded lakeside docking is a fisherman's dream. The boat dock allows for each of the 3 apartments to have its own docking space with electrical outlets. Have a family group but don't want to stay in the same room? Our house and three apartments are perfect for the family getaway with separate living spaces. Or just a perfect place for a relaxing weekend of fishing. Washer, dryer and commercial Ice Machine are conveniently located on the side of the building. BBQ pit, fish fryer, fish cleaning table and extra freezer are all located behind apartments for your use. Large fire pit overlooks the lake for relaxing and cooking smores after a long day fishing on the lake.
