Please note that the living area features central cooling, while portable cooling units are provided in the bedrooms for your comfort.

‱ Furniture should not be moved around the house and utensils, crockery etc. not to be removed from the premises. You will be liable for any damage caused from the moving of furniture and bond charged accordingly.
‱ Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
‱ All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out.
‱ Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out.
‱ Any loss of keys or remote controls has to be reported to us immediately. Charges of key or lock replacement may be imposed if keys or remote were lost, damaged or not returned to the lock box.
‱ Early check-in may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
‱ To ensure your comfort and convenience, we have provided an initial supply of essential amenities such as toilet paper rolls. Should you require additional supplies, you can find local stores nearby where you can easily purchase them.
‱ To maintain a mature and responsible environment. we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. The host reserves the right of final interpretation.
‱ A security bond will be required.

I texted the number provided but had no reply. Parking was great and the location for amenities very good. Door on laundry cupboard off hinges and sitting randomly in living room area. Main blind in second bedroom not working. No plug to main sink. Water dispenser on fridge faulty water runs straight out onto kitchen floor. Dishwasher has no cutlery holder and large plates do not fit in it. No second sheet fitted or provided for beds.
