This cottage has a valid STR license with the Township of Lake of Bays; Licence # STR-2025-212 which allows for no more than 8 guests to be on the property at any given time during your stay. The Municipality requires rental guests to sign a Rental Guest Code of Conduct. It will be sent to you upon booking for electronic signature. Cottage water comes from a well and passes through a water softener. Although it has been assessed as safe to drink, any water test is only as good as the day the sample was tested, so you may prefer to use bottled water for drinking, ice-making and teeth-cleaning; it is fine for cooking and bathing. Water for drinking is not provided.

Everyone enjoyed our stay. The home was well equipped for cooking! Surroundings are beautiful and picturesque. The beach is nearby and lots of places to see by car. My favourite excursion was Oxtouge falls. Loved staying there.
