The apartment has potential to be lovely, it is in a lovely neighbourhood and has a delightful balcony, however it is in a very shabby state currently. It needs some serious TLC to bring it up to standard. Even a lick of paint would improve things.
The oversized TV (small lounge area) can’t be used as the remote control is broken.
The key fob doesn’t work on the car park or front entrance, but fortunately does on the lift so we were able to find work arounds.
The bathroom door, walls, and ceiling are all swollen and peeling from water damage.
The headboard in the main bedroom prevents access to the power sockets. The bedside lamp is damaged.
Put some work into it and it could easily have been a five star rating.
