Super cool spot. Only complaint I have is that it’s kind of loud when they are walking around upstairs and they were up late when I stayed so it was a little difficult to go to sleep or stay asleep but other than that it was a great spot and would recommend for sure
I stayed 2 nights here with my 3 adult children and 2 school age kids. We are LOTR fans, and this place was an absolute treat! It was like walking into a Tolkien novel. The overall feel of the place was perfect, but the little details really brought it to life. This stay was everything I hoped it would be.
The host communicated everything very thoroughly and timely. The Hobbit hole is a very unique home and it was fun to watch the Lord of the Rings while sitting in a room that looks so much like the movie. I surprised my daughter for her birthday and we got to make a unique memory by staying there. We got to do some great shopping at Funky Town and Bougee Thrift. Recommend staying at this property for a fun getaway.
This was such a memorable experience. If you’re a LOTR fan, this is an epic destination for sure. Great attention to detail, beautiful craftsmanship and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone looking for a good trip to visit The Hobbit House, it won’t disappoint.
This was the perfect spot for our annual "Lord of the Rings" movie marathon. The attention to detail was amazing and the host was quick to respond to any questions that we had. Would highly reccomend.
Outstanding themed hobbit house. It really feels magical with all the details that the owner put into designing the rooms. The space feels like you just immersed yourself into the world of The Hobbit. The kitchen was well equipped... overall rooms were clean and comfortable and inviting. The host was very clear and responsive and timely with any questions we had. Definitely recommend... even if you never watched The Hobbit or are not into the genre... the home is a must see.
The Hobbit House is a beautiful depiction of fantasy and folklore. The hosts took great care in creating a number of Middle Earth features at this property, the most significant being the Hobbit door and wood engraved door. Almost everything in the house has an old world or antique feel to it. The king bed was incredibly comfortable and there are numerous places for your group to relax with a book or sleep. The host was very responsive in answering questions and check in was simple. If you love Tolkien or fantasy books this is the spot for you. There are a number of fascinating decorative pieces that will spark some conversation over beloved storybooks. This is also a great place for anyone who would like a unique place to stay in Arkansas. We hope to return again someday.

Upon our stay, we were immediately mesmerized with the attention to detail & effort put forth into this stay. We spoke with Michael for a moment, gathering the immense details of all the hard work put into his precious. We had no problems with our stay, as it made my girlfriends imagination run free & immerse ourselves in a fantasy come true.

Great stay- everything was clean, comfortable. A lot of thought and hard work has been put into the creation of this unique place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Hobbit House.
Unique vrbo. Well equipped kitchenOnly real issue was the water closet (toilet) if someone is claustrophobic it will be a problem very small and no ventilation unless you leave the water closet door open. Downtown/ restaurants easy to get to.
We loved our stay. We cooked and ate like a hobbit, and it was perfect to visit our son in a staycation away from home. The host was very hospitable, and we will be back in the future.
This place is a hidden gem!! The attention to detail in every room was extremely well thought out and added a bit of magic to every space. The primary bed is like sleeping on a cloud and we still can’t stop talking about it! Lol we will definitely stay here again the next time we pass through town.
