Mid Century Magic offers a spacious and stylish 4-bedroom home in Ardross, perfect for large families or groups. Featuring two living areas, two bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and secure parking for 2 cars, this property is designed for comfort and convenience. The outdoor dining space with BBQ provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals, while the kid-friendly living room makes it easy for families to unwind and relax. Centralised cooler throughout property with cooler for colder months.
We leave you to enjoy your stay in peace, but we are available to answer any questions or see to any issues during your stay. We can be at the property within 30 minutes if required.
Ardross is an affluential suburb with large beautiful shady trees.
Applecross high school is across the road
Garden City Shopping Mall is 5-10 minutes walk and only 3 minutes drive where you can find Wollworths, Coles, foodcourt, cafes and local boutiques.
Freeway is 5 mins away leading to North (Hilarys, Karrinyup , Lancelin etc ) and South (Fremantle, Dunsborough, Augusta etc)
Murdoch Hospital is 10-15 minutes drive
Perth International and Domestic Airport is 25 minutes drive
Fremantle is 15 minutes drive
Perth city is 20 minutes drive
Applecross village is 5 minutes drive with a street of local cafes and restaurants
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.
Enter via the front gate (on Lealt Pl) and there is space for 1 car to park under the sail shade. 2nd car space can be parked via the garage roller door from Leverburgh St.
Front half of the house from the entrance is the 1st living room with TV designed for the kids to hang out. Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom - King bed with large wardrobe space and ensuite bathroom with toilet.
Back half of the house sits 3 more bedrooms , larger living room with TV , 8 seater dining table and a gourmet kitchen with all your essential cooking needs.
Bedroom 2 - king sized bed and a larg wardrobe space
Bedroom 3 - Queen sized bed and a large wardrobe space
Bedroom 4 - 2 King single beds and a large wardrobe space
Laundry area- Washing machine, IronBoard, and plenty of cupboard space
2nd Bathroom - Bathtub, Shower and sink
Toilet sits outside laundry
Back of the house is a doorway to a 1 car parking garage space (enter via Leverburgh st) and an Outdoor dining area with BBQ
