Just 800 meters from Agnes Water Main Beach and a short stroll to shops, this peaceful retreat offers stunning sea views on a large block with a lush garden. Enjoy visits from wallabies, soaring cockatoos, and seasonal fruits. Pet-friendly with both rainwater and town water.
