Our private Country Cottage is only 10 mins drive from Batemans Bay.
Recently renovated, fully furn with r/c air cond.
It has 2 bedrooms, 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds. Linen & towels are supplied.
Sleeps a Maximum of 4.
Easy access to MOGO MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAILS.
Short walk into Mogo Tourist Village.
10min drive to South Coast beaches.
Located on its own fenced parcel of rural land backing onto Mogo State Forest.
Parking for boat, trailer and locked bike storage.
The space
The cottage has a verandah with outdoor furniture.
Overlooking large private established treed garden.
Kitchen includes oven & hotplates, microwave, appliances & utensils, etc.
Kitchen Table setting for 4.
Lounge room is comfortably furnished with a 2.5 seater and 2 seater couch and TV.
Bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and towels.
Laundry with wash tub, washing machine and clothes line.
Mountain bike storage in lockable garden shed.
Guest access
Cottage guest's can enjoy the large cottage fenced yard.
Other things to note
Location of the Cottage is from the Mogo 50km zone on the Princess Highway.
Turn into private laneway lined with large trees, cottage is located on right hand side at the end of lane. (100mtr approx).

In a separate area to the cottage are free ranging hens and their chicks with roosters, at dusk they head towards their hen houses, to be locked up.
