This beautiful vacation condominium is in the Terrace at Pelican Beach, part
of the private Resorts of Pelican Beach condominium complex. The condominium's
private balcony offers a gulf-side view overlooking a private lake and long
view to the Gulf of Mexico giving the feeling of being right on the beach. The
Terrace allows easy access to the beach via a private beach walkway. This is
where you want to stay in Destin if you would like the option to walk to good
restaurants, attractions and entertainment to be found in the Central Destin
area.
This Two-Bedroom/Two Bath condominium offers 1,072 sf. ft. of interior space
with a 173 sq. ft. balcony. The condominium sleeps a maximum of 6 people and
offers a wonderful sense of space to gather everyone together or to sneak away
for your private time.
It offers a master bedroom with plush King bed and private cable television.
The second bedroom offers 1 Queen bed
This unit does offer 1 covered parking space and multiple uncovered parking
spots.
As with all our vacation homes, the kitchens equipped with full-sized range,
refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and blender. This condominium
is fully-stocked with linens and towels and is fully appointed with all the
basics and some of the extras not normally found in vacation rentals.
