This spacious two-story home offers a light-filled, airy ambiance and stunning waterfront views.
The large deck is perfect for outdoor dining or simply relaxing with a view.
Fully stocked for your comfort and convenience, this home is the ideal getaway. Enjoy two resort style swimming pools, a hot tub, reserved parking and peaceful waterfront access right at your doorstep. Plus, there's a large yard for outdoor play or sun-baking.
Upstairs, you'll find three spacious, well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring comfortable bedding and a TV for your entertainment.
The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, a large walk-in robe with ample storage and an ensuit for convenience and privacy. The best part? -This huge master suit opens up to a generous balcony overlooking the water.
The second bedroom is equally as cozy with a queen-size bed, large wardrobe and and wall mounted TV.
The third bedroom can be configured into 1 or 2 Singles, also offering ample storage, TV entertainment and a balcony overlooking the water.
The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, complete with a huge flat-screen, smart TV for ultimate relaxation after a day of exploring.

questa casa vacanze vanta una posizione strategica a Gold Coast, in Mermaid Waters, un'area con parchi a tema nelle vicinanze e sul mare. A livello naturalistico, tra le principali attrazioni della zona ci sono Surfers Paradise Beach e Broadwater Parklands. Altre due tappe assolutamente da non perdere sono Slingshot e Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary (riserva). Viaggi con dei bambini? Che ne dici di fare tappa a Warner Bros. Parco a tema Movie World, o di prendere dei biglietti per Cbus Super Stadium e andare a vedere un evento sportivo o uno spettacolo.
