We enjoyed our stay, good location, enjoyed the pool and air conditioning on those hot days, even managed to catch a travally. A few minor things, not a sharp knife or many champagne glasses.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Host was super welcoming & informative, giving lots of tips about the local area and places to try. The house and amenities were great and the atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful - exactly what we were looking for, we had everything we needed and the fact that I could take along my fur baby was a large cherry ontop of a fantastic trip. We had a lovely week away and there were great places to walk and find with our dogs. Nice new bathrooms. Nigel was very helpful.

Location location location!!

Had a great 12 night stay with husband and son, plus our little dogs. No complaints at all.. The location is perfect for us as we love going up to Cavil Ave. The tram is nearby aswell. Also a perfect view for the NYE fireworks. Will be staying again for sure

Great Stay

This property is perfectly located in a quiet area. Nigel the host was very communicative and walked me through the house and how to use everything. It is nothing fancy but at the same time just perfect. Its a no fuss, great location, pet friendly home.

Fantastic family holiday

Nigel was a lovely host. We took the whole family away puppy included and had the best time. The pool kept the kids entertained and a great house to relax and enjoy a getaway. Look forward to the next visit

Family holiday

The property was perfect for our stay. Close to all of the theme parks and attractions, comfortable and clean and with the added bonus of being on the beautiful canal. Nigel was a wonderful host, giving us all of the information and advice that we needed on arrival.

Quiet surroundings but close to all amenities

Loved staying at this house, it was easy to keep tidy and had secure fencing to keep our four legged friend safe. Our host Nigel who was very helpful made us feel very welcome, so thankyou Nigel.

Highly recommend

A lovely home, close to the heart of Broadbeach. Neat and tidy, equipped with everything needed, and comfortable beds with clean linen and refurbished bathrooms. Our host Nigel met us and we were made to feel welcome. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great little holiday

Great location - close to shops and Surfers. Property was almost ideal setup for my wife, our 16 month-old and in-laws - with showers, bath, kitchen and big open living room. Fun to take a kayak out straight from the back door to the canals.

Stay at 22 Summerland Key Broadbeach

We had a very relaxing enjoyable stay. Nigel the owner was just lovely. He was onto anything as soon as we mentioned it. The premises were just perfect, the beds comfy and great because they contained our dog. We definitely will stay there again. It was a very happy experience.

Great and Cosy. With so much more potential.

Great Place, close to Broadbeach Strip. Pool was spot on for morning dips and Evenings when back from being out and about. Kayak the canals, Crab Potting, Fishing. Nigel was very they welcoming. Definitely be on our list if to venture that way again.
