Sunset Lakefront is the ideal holiday home to enjoy all that the lake and beach lifestyle offers.
Nestled in a serene location, this home offers a perfect escape with uninterrupted water views, a private pool, air-conditioning throughout for year-round comfort. Ceiling fans are also thoughtfully provided in all bedrooms, with the exception of the bunk room, ensuring a pleasant stay. Only minutes to Swansea foreshore and bike paths or over 15 beach and lake swimming locations just minutes walk or drive away including Swansea, Caves Beach, Blacksmiths, Catherine Hill Bay, Granny's Pool and more.
The Home
The open-plan layout on the ground floor creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, seamlessly blending the kitchen, dining, and family areas. This home extends effortlessly to the covered alfresco area, which is perfectly suited for outdoor dining while soaking in the picturesque views. For quieter moments, a second living area upstairs provides an additional space to relax and unwind.
The modern kitchen is a chef’s delight, boasting high-quality appliances, a walk-in pantry, and all the tools and essentials needed to prepare anything from a light snack to a gourmet meal.
The outdoor areas are designed to impress, with a beautifully maintained private pool, spacious entertaining areas, and tranquil surroundings that enhance the home’s waterfront setting.
Carefully designed to cater to families or groups, this home provides five generously sized bedrooms, offering ample space and comfort for everyone:
Upstairs Master Suite:
A luxurious retreat featuring a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, an ensuite with a twin vanity, shower, and toilet, and expansive windows that frame breathtaking water views.
Upstairs Bedrooms 2 and 3:
Both equipped with queen-size beds, these rooms are designed to be inviting spaces.
Upstairs Bedroom 4:
Furnished with two sets of bunk beds (four single beds), this room is perfect for children or group stays.
Downstairs Bedroom 5:
A queen-size bed offers a convenient and easily accessible option for guests preferring ground-floor accommodation.
The ensuite bathroom, attached to the master bedroom, is equipped with a twin vanity, shower, and toilet.
A family bathroom upstairs features both a shower and a bathtub, along with a separate toilet, ensuring convenience for multiple guests.
A downstairs bathroom, combined with laundry area, includes a shower and toilet for added practicality. A washer and dryer are provided.
On-site parking is available for guests (please note that the garage is not accessible).
To make the stay more affordable for families, we have configured the house so that the the bunk room on the upper level are available however, linen is not supplied so we can offer a lower cleaning charge. These can be made up at a charge of $25.00 per bed. Just let us know what configuration you need.
