Great home! The kitchen had everything we needed including delicious coffee and a dishwasher!Bedding was so comfortable and the towels were fluffy. One day was rainy, so we snuggled on the comfortable couch and watched movies. The house was right outside the park which was perfect!!Great backyard looking at the mountains!!

Absolutely beautiful property and house. The kid loved playing on the beach and outside. A little far away from restaurants and grocery stores so make sure you plan accordingly!

A gem of a property for visiting Cape Breton Highlands NP
If location is everything, then this property is the perfect base for visiting the best of Cape Breton Highlands National Park and its lookouts and hiking trails. And the bonus is the lively and fascinating town of Chéticamp nearby, with a good selection of restaurants, shops and supplies for your stay. We visited for six days and barely had time catch our breath from the invigorating hiking to the unique cultural activities - all nearby to the property. We were that good kind of tired every night. The house is clean and comfortable and very livable - we recommend this property highly!

Thanks for choosing our place and you were great guests and welcome back anytime.
Its a beautiful house just off the Cabot Trail, not far from Cheticamp. Most things are neat, new and shiny. Its a clean and comfortable place to stay, host is responsive. Only 1 small negative was that the sofa had a little bit of musty smell, which I believe can be cleaned up easily. It was surprising because everything else was clean and fresh. I also found the prices to be a bit steep for a 2 bedroom, it would have been justified had it been a 3 bedroom house.
Excellent acommodation in Cheticamp. The small home is on a nice lot with views of the surrounding hills. Very quiet setting but literally only a minute off the main road through Cheticamp and just a couple minutes from the National Park Entrance. Nice deck area and back yard. Very clear that the interior of the property has been recently renovated and whoever did the work was excellent. Kitchen is very well equipped with quality large and small appliances. Lots of utencils, cutlery, dishes, mugs, pots, pans, baking sheets, etc. Nice bathroom with walk in shower. Comfortable seating in the living room with a large screen TV and good internet. Dimmable pot lighting in the living room and kitchen. Beds were very comfortable also. Everything was super clean and tidy. The owner was very responsive and prompt with all communications. No issues at all accessing the property. We really appreciated the owner assisting us with one aspect of our reservation (totally our issue) in order to help us out.
