Clean and simple place. Good water view from windows of bay. Secure garage for parking. Good shower. Had a rather sterile feel with no personal touches.

The condo was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great, and away from the crowded areas. Would definitely stay again.

The photos match as advertised. Kitchen is well stacked with necessities for 2-4 people. You can observe different birds early in the morning. Crescent moon and Venus fully visible during our stay. The only "complaint" is the annoying sound of the louver swing - downstairs A/C. It's probably related to a motor problem. Since weather during our stay was comfortable, we were ok to turn off the A/C. Overall, a nice unit for younger family. The garage is a plus. Highly recommended.

Love staying on Marsh Island when visiting Chincoteaque. Condo had great views and comfortable beds.The only problem is where the air/heating unit is located; on the wall of the balcony from the dining room in which pigeons nest on not allowing you the use of the balcony. For this reason I would not rent again.
