Nicely decorated and spacious townhouse located just 2.5 blocks to the Beach and Boardwalk and only 1 block to shops and restaurants on Rehoboth Ave. Park your cars and walk or bike everywhere! 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor Ensuite Bedrooms with another pair of 3rd floor bedrooms with jack and jill bathroom great for the kids! The 2nd floor has an open living area, large dining table, kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, and 2 great front and rear decks to enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktails. With amenities like beach chairs, pushcart, an outdoor shower, bedside chargers/outlets, high speed internet/Wi-Fi, 3 X1 TVs with Netflix/Epix/Peacock included, and garage parking, you have everything needed for a great vacation! And with the gas fireplace and proximity to downtown this is a great place to stay for exploring Rehoboth in the off season as well!
