Seeking a cozy seaside retreat, look no further. The location offers convenience to Rehoboth Avenue, Grove Park with Playground, the Henlopen Junction Bike Trail and so much more. An inviting screened porch where you can enjoy reading and morning coffee or an evening cocktail. You will also want to to be sure to take advantage of the backyard area where you will find a table and chairs highlighted with bistro lights to enjoy in the evening. The interior of the cottage features a vaulted ceiling, light-filled living room, a galley style kitchen, skylight, and loft-style bedroom with a full bed accessible by ladder. In addition to the screened porch, exterior features include an enclosed outside shower, shed for storing beach chairs, and more space to the side and rear of the unit in comparison to other units. There are also a few bikes for your use as well. MAXIMUM Occupancy strictly two (2) persons.
