ONE OF A KIND HOME IN EXCLUSIVE INDIAN BEACH (2 WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL) WITH PRIVATE POOL & LOTS OF LIVING SPACE! THIS HOME HAS A WELL BLENDED FEEL OF A BEACH COTTAGE WITH ALL OF THE MODERN AND UPGRADED CONVENIENCES. ENJOY FAMILY DINNERS AT THE LARGE DINING ROOM TABLE OR EAT OUT ON THE "CRAB DECK" ENJOYING THE OCEAN AIR. EACH BEDROOM IS AN ENSUITE AND ALSO THERE ARE TWO ADDITIONAL HALF BATHS AND TWO ENCLOSED OUTSIDE SHOWERS. INDIAN BEACH HAS A PRIVATE BEACH WITH LIFE GUARDS IN SEASON AND PRIVATE SECURITY.
