Cozy 2nd Floor Condo w/ Pond Views, Pool & Easy Beach Access, Sleeps 6!
2nd Floor Condo with pond views from screened porch (elevator in building). Newly furnished and nicely appointed primary bedroom has 1 queen sized bed and a 3/4 bath. 2nd bedroom has 1 Double + 1 twin bed with a full bath in the hallway next to full size washer dryer. Queen sofa bed in the living room for more sleeping options. Great Community Pool and located less than 2 miles to the beach and boardwalk on the east side of Route one and backs up to the Rehoboth/Lewes bike path. Less than 3 miles to Dewey Beach for nightlife and bay sports and about 5 miles to historic Lewes for shopping and fine dining.

Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.

The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
