Beautifully appointed new home located just over a block to the Beach and Boardwalk and a short walk to everything in town Rehoboth! Large double sized lot for extra privacy. Features include a spacious screened porch, large open living area, 1st and 2nd floor en suite bedrooms, relaxing 2nd floor deck, refreshing outdoor shower, set of cornhole boards, and plenty of off street parking!
