Welcome to Lee’s Pointe — a cherished family retreat for three generations.

This spacious home offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, and classic beach-town charm. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, two inviting common living areas, a game room, and a garage, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together.

The home is set on a large, fenced-in yard with beautiful views of Silver Lake, providing both privacy and scenic surroundings. The main living space is located on the second floor, offering stunning lake views and an abundance of natural light — an ideal gathering spot after a day at the beach.

Location truly can’t be beat. You’re just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, as well as Rehoboth Avenue, with its shops, restaurants, and entertainment. A nearby park and a new elementary school feature playgrounds, tennis/pickleball courts, and basketball courts, and there’s even a basketball hoop right in front of the house for added fun.

Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome, so the whole family can come along. Please be sure to include the pet fee when making your reservation.

We look forward to sharing Lee’s Pointe with you and hope it becomes part of your family’s vacation traditions, just as it has been for ours.

Just lovely! Lee's Pointe is a very special beach house nestled along Silver Lake yet convenient to the ocean and downtown Rehoboth. Wonderfully cared for home.

Great location; beautiful house

This is a beautiful house with lots of space, beautiful location near the lake. It’s close to the beach and town (but in a quiet area). The owners were particularly great and very responsive. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend.

We had a great stay! Third year in a row! There were a ton of mosquitoes, which we had an experienced in previous years and we all got pretty bad bug bites but other than that, we had a great time.

Great location tucked away on Silver Lake. As noted, it is an older house but it had everything we needed for a spring weekend at the beach. And the owners are very responsive.

Lovely oasis

This was our third time staying here! We enjoy the home and the lake view. We love that we can park the car and not use it all weekend because we can walk to the beach and to many restaurants. Do not hesitate to book it!

Prefect place to get away to

Great location to be able to walk into town. Perfect layout for 2 couples. Enjoyed the evenings on the decks with the birds. Great fully fenced yard for the pups. Would return to this property. Thank you Ted and Emily for your great communication and opening your home to guests.

Excellent every time

Our family (4 couples) has returned to Lee’s Pointe time and again. When we’re not at the beach or downtown, we love being at the lake house. Very well-appointed and well laid out floor plan. Much attention given to detail and organization. Kitchen is awesome, bedrooms comfortable, very clean. Lake views are great as is the bird watching from in the house or on the various decks. Had a great time bbq-ing on lower deck, lakeside. Always hanging out on upper deck too. Love this place!

Great location and great spot!

We always love our stay here! It is perfect for families and the views are spectacular. We like that it is not right on the beach as it gives you privacy, but it is close enough to walk or drive up!
