Welcome to Lee’s Pointe — a cherished family retreat for three generations.

This spacious home offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, and classic beach-town charm. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, two inviting common living areas, a game room, and a garage, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together.

The home is set on a large, fenced-in yard with beautiful views of Silver Lake, providing both privacy and scenic surroundings. The main living space is located on the second floor, offering stunning lake views and an abundance of natural light — an ideal gathering spot after a day at the beach.

Location truly can’t be beat. You’re just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, as well as Rehoboth Avenue, with its shops, restaurants, and entertainment. A nearby park and a new elementary school feature playgrounds, tennis/pickleball courts, and basketball courts, and there’s even a basketball hoop right in front of the house for added fun.

Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome, so the whole family can come along. Please be sure to include the pet fee when making your reservation.

We look forward to sharing Lee’s Pointe with you and hope it becomes part of your family’s vacation traditions, just as it has been for ours.

We LOVED our stay at this lovely home. The views are spectacular and the location was wonderful. Easy walk to the beach, to the shops and restaurants and even to the Dewey Dunk on New Year’s Day.The beds were super comfortable as was the living space. The owners have thought of everything and were extremely responsive and helpful.We were so happy to be able to bring our dog and loved being able to let her out in the fenced yard before we were awake enough to walk her.HIGHLY recommend.

This was my best VRBO stay yet! Beautiful property - private, lake-front, comfortable. We had the best of both worlds - Fall colors and lake-front at the house, and just a stone's throw to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown. I would love to stay here again!

Great location; beautiful house

This is a beautiful house with lots of space, beautiful location near the lake. It’s close to the beach and town (but in a quiet area). The owners were particularly great and very responsive. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend.

This house was perfect for all our family needs. Felt like you had the quiet of being in the woods while being a few blocks from the beach. House and amenities offered were great. Would definitely recommend this house and if we ever come back to Rehoboth we would try to stay here.

Great location tucked away on Silver Lake. As noted, it is an older house but it had everything we needed for a spring weekend at the beach. And the owners are very responsive.

Lovely oasis

This was our third time staying here! We enjoy the home and the lake view. We love that we can park the car and not use it all weekend because we can walk to the beach and to many restaurants. Do not hesitate to book it!

Great location and great spot!

We always love our stay here! It is perfect for families and the views are spectacular. We like that it is not right on the beach as it gives you privacy, but it is close enough to walk or drive up!
