Spacious 3-BR Townhouse with Pool, Minutes to Lewes & Dewey Beach Fun!

This beautifully furnished townhouse is spacious with room for everyone! Non-smoking unit features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths sleeps 7 with 2 Queen beds and a bunk with a double on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. Great community pool, every bedroom has a private bath, open living area, screened porch, deck. Private Outside Shower and just minutes to everything in town!! Right off Route 1 for easy access to grocery shopping and less than 5 miles to historic Lewes Beach. Less than 2 miles to Dewey Beach for lots of nightlife and fine dining. Great spot for a summer getaway.

Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.
Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase.
Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.

The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
