4 Bed Townhome - Lewes/Rehoboth Area with Community Pool

Large 4 bedroom townhome in the neighborhood of Eagle Point in Lewes, De. Right off of Route 1 with quick access to both the Lewes and Rehoboth beaches. Close to restaurants, attractions and outlet shopping.
The townhome is fully furnished with all the amenities needed to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen is accessorized nicely for cooking and eating in. The dining room is furnished with a large table to enjoy family style meals. There are two separate living and lounging areas for watching TV (55"), playing games or just relaxing. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own private bath on the first floor. Three additional bedrooms on the second floor with queen bed, double bed, and 2 bunk beds. Enjoy a cup of coffee while rocking on the front porch, or relax at the end of the day while feeling the local breezes in the rear screened-in porch.
The neighborhood has its own private community pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Amazing week with friends
Very big and clean house, comfortable for all (2 families of 4) and well located. The beach of Cape Henlopen Park is easy to acces and the pool was appreciated at the end of the day. We recommand this house !

A wedding weekend memory making home!!
I picked this house for our family and others to stay for a wedding last weekend. Due to the rain it was almost cancelled. Big Fish pulled though for us!! But this house!! Was beyond our dreams. Huge, spotless, oversized bedrooms and loft. Beautifully decorated. The owner was just a phone call away. The morning of the wedding the brides family came to join us to get ready. We used the large first floor bedroom which had so much room for us girls. The beds were comfy. The enclosed deck was a plus. We made amazing memories that weekend, and the house was a big party of it. I can't wait to book it again, and others who saw it agreed they would love to as well. You will not be sorry about this gem!!
