This lovely home is just moments away from the natural beauty of the Breakwater bike trail, Gordons Pond, and Cape Henlopen State Park. Visit the nearby outlets or any of the fabulous restaurants or microbreweries for another taste of Southern Delaware.

Upon walking into the inviting exterior you are greeted by a first level bedroom with two queen beds, hardwood floors, a private bathroom, as well as a secluded patio.
Head up to the main floor to enter the fully furnished and stunning open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room boasting a gas fireplace, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances and a smart TV. One of the best stays we’ve had
We came down for my first wedding anniversary with our close friends. The owner was very responsive to texts at arrival. The location is perfect for getting into Rehoboth and avoiding the art 1-1a transition traffic. The noise is so minimal despite being so close to route 1! We had coffee on the screened in deck multiple times daily and would sit and talk. We played games in the dining room/living room with high ceilings. The rooms were spacious and each couple had their own en-suite bathroom which was perfect. I would highly recommend this townhome to anyone wanting an upscale feel close to Rehoboth downtown. Already wanting to come back!!

Great spacious house in a great location, short drive to the beach!
We booked a single night last minute to come to the beach for final summer weekend, and the house met our needs quite well. It's a 3 story TH, with ample space for a family (even two!), since there are 2 rooms with king size beds and one room with 2 queens. The kitchen was well equipped and TV was easy for kids to operate. We only had 1 minor issue with the bedroom door slider not locking, and notified the management company immediately. Would stay here again next summer!
