Located east of Coastal Highway with easy access to the beach, boardwalk, nearby shopping, dining, and the Dart bus route to Rehoboth and Lewes. The many amenities include 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, including a 1st floor sleeping den, great community pool, community center with fitness equipment and weights, 1 Rehoboth Beach parking permit, WIFI, 2 large-screen TV's, and easy access to the Breakwater & Junction Bike path with miles of protected trails that connect Rehoboth, Lewes, Cape Henlopen State Park, and beyond.
NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED.
