We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend for those looking for a clean, well appointed space that is close to the beach. The design and decor were beautiful and we felt like we were staying at a chic hotel. The owners were very friendly, helpful and accommodating and helped make our stay extra special. We loved having a swim in the pool after sunset on the beach.

"We had an incredible stay at Roger’s place! We were two couples and the house was absolutely perfect for our group. The location is 10/10—Paynes Bay beach is just steps away and stunningly beautiful. We loved being within walking distance of great local spots like The Breadfruit Leaf. The amenities were top-notch: the air conditioning worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was super fast, and we spent so much time relaxing by the pool. Roger was a fantastic, attentive host. Highly recommend!"

What a perfect place minutes from the beach and bus stop, so great location in Paynes Bay.The villa is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, with everything you need to make your stay perfect.We loved the pool as some days you dont want sand.It was my 6th stay in Barbados and definately one of my favourite's, thankyou Roger its 5 stars from all of us.

Roger was communicative both before and during the stay and helpful with any needs and requests. The home is beautiful and close to the beach with ocean views from several rooms. The one thing I will say is that there is, as of now, no iron and ironing board in the home (there is a steamer but it is quite underpowered) which may be important to know for some. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and Roger is an excellence host
