Nice condo for the two of us. Only issue was bedroom was too small for large furniture in it. Nothing that we couldn’t live with. We enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First and foremost, working with the Bender staff is a pleasure. I cannot say enough good things about them. The unit was clean and well-appointed with kitchen utensils and dishes. The king bed is very comfortable but does take up the whole room. I think this unit is perfect for a couple, I’m not sure I’d add the others it could sleep. This was our second stay, and, if we’re able, we will return again next year.

Great location!

We loved our stay here! Great location, the beach wasn’t that busy, and within walking distance to Sea and Suds and the pier. It was a great vacation, we would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renting with Bender is very easy and the staff are helpful. We liked paying some each month making our vacation budget friendly. We greatly enjoyed the location of the Royal Palms. The condo was clean. We did see a few cockroaches in a bathroom and reported it to the staff for treatment once we left. We loved having a balcony that overlooked the beach. The property was clean and well kept. There were staff cleaning every morning picking up trash. We had a tv stop working in our condo. We texted the staff and maintenance came and reset the tv. It was the best vacation we have ever had. We will use Bender again in the future.

Excellent home, enjoyed our stay, love to revisit

The home is well furnished with all amenities, is very well situated for hiking, skiing, visiting castles etc. The hosts are very caring, warm and hospitable. I would highly recommend this place and would love to revisit in my next vacation.

The perfect location to stay at Gulf Shores!

My husband and I and our 3 kids stayed 5 nights here. We loved the location of the property because it was located just before more of the busy area of Gulf Shores, but only a couple minute drive to all the popular restaurants and activities. We loved being next to the fishing pier too. Located on the 7th floor gave us the most perfect, gorgeous view from our balcony!

This is a great rental! View is amazing! Nice spacious patio on an Upper level. Management was very helpful and responsive. This rental offers no beach towels or beach chairs/wagon, etc. However, there is a rental service for chairs and umbrellas right when you walk out onto the sand. It is very convenient. Beach gets crowded early. So plan to go down to get your chairs by 8-9am. There is also a small area on the first floor close to the elevators where there are some chairs and floats for community use. This is the last beachfront property for gulf shores before the state park, so it is a little less crowded which is something we liked. The mattresses are soft and bedding is looking a little worn. But other than that and a little sand in the bathroom on our arrival, this rental was clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent value for money, exceptionally clean, lovely caring hosts.

This was just perfect for the two of us. Helga und Franz provided everything we needed, the accommodation was very well prepared and in a nice quiet location. We would book again and recommend this great apartment to others.

Wunderbar

This is our 2nd visit. Helga and Franz gave us a warm welcome and showed us the modern kitchen complete with dishwasher that has just been fitted. It is a quiet location and everything is spotlessly clean and tidy. This is a great location if you want to visit the mountains summer or winter.

Disappointed family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Started out super excited. The unit has a priceless oceanfront view right on the beach. But.... The unit was dirty from the first day (towels, bedsheets, and toilet seat had hair on them). Furthermore, the sofa pullout bed had black spots all over the sheets. Our family of 4 ended up sleeping on the same bed the entire trip (which the king size mattress was so uncomfortable). A new cleaning company is suggested! Bender realty did provide us with new towels and sheets. However, they mentioned some compensation back to us for the troubles, but we never got any money back at all. No communication back from Bender Realty.Overall, my family would NOT recommend this unit.

You are absolutely correct, that Royal Palms 704 has a priceless, Gulf-front view, unobstructed, due to the State Park next door. Thank you so much for reaching out to us the morning after your arrival about the AC and the couch so that we could take care of both issues that very same day. We would have surely addressed the housekeeping items if they had been mentioned. We hope that the compensation we provided, following your departure, helped to make up for your inconvenience that first night and that the rest of your stay was relaxing.

Bender was great to work with, everything went very smooth and they kept us well informed from start to finish!! I would highly recommend Bender and Royal Palms!!

Entspannung in ruhiger Lage

Großartige Umgebung, sehr ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dennoch auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Ausstattung einfach aber funktional, es fehlte an nichts! Sogar Handtuchwechsel wurde uns angeboten, obwohl wir nur eine Wocheda waren. Wir werden wieder kommen, vielen Dank!

Sommer, Sonne, Berge - Erholung!

Wir drei haben zum ersten Mal in der Region Allgäu Urlaub gemacht - und gleich wieder für nächstes Jahr vorgemerkt. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man für zwei Wochen braucht. Aber Achtung für Leute, die größer als 1,90 Meter sind. Niedriger Deckenbalken! Einziges Manko: Das Internet funktionierte bei uns in der Wohnung sehr unregelmäßig - aber guter Empfang auf dem Platz der Feuerwehr... Die Wirtin ist sehr nett und die Tochter kam abends auch rüber und wir hatten ein paar schöne Abende auf dem Balkon. 13 Tage Sonne am Stück (!) im Juni sind natürlich nicht garantiert für 2024 - aber die Gegend ist schon gesegnet mit tollen Zielen: Ausgebauter Iller-Radweg auf ca. 50 km, tolle Seen in der Nähe und so viele Bergbahnen, dass wir in 2 Wochen nicht alle geschafft haben. Höhepunkt: Die Fahrt ins Kleinwalsertal. Ein wirklich geniales Bergpanorama Richtung Schweiz und Österreich. Gut, dass der Blitz am Abend vorher in die andere Bergbahn eingeschlagen hatte und wir uns kurzfristig für diesen Berg umentscheiden mussten... Leider ein sehr steiler Abstieg ins Tal! Für Kinder und Ältere kaum geeignet. Tipps für Neulinge: Sepplwirt im Nachbardorf Winkel beim Eingang zur Klamm. Und natürlich die große Breitachklamm, der glasklare Alpsee, dazu der Coaster mit der längsten Strecke in Deutschland auf der anderen Straßenseite und die Fußgängerzone in Sonthofen, wo keine Geschäfte leerstehen. 2024, wir kommen wieder!
