This cottage is within walking distance to private association Lake Michigan Beach access as well as use of the association tennis courts.

Pigeon Lake is also a popular spot for boating, fishing and kayaking and directly accessible from the cottage. Grand Haven is just a 15-minute drive away and provides endless dining, shopping and entertainment options - home as well to Grand Haven State Park with sandy beaches and access to the channel.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
