Our condo is in the beautiful Summer Sands building located right on the beach in Wildwood Crest, NJ and 10 Min Drive to Cape May, NJ. The condo is located on the 2nd floor and has access to ocean views just around the corner. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen, this unit is perfect for small families looking to get away and enjoy the beach!

The unit sleeps for six people with two size queen beds in the bedroom and a queen size sofa in the living room. The kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, dinner and cooking ware, and tools for the grill. There is air conditioning and heating throughout the entire condo. TVs located in the bedroom and the living room. There is also Xfinity WIFI.

Outside, Summer Sands offers numerous amenities that we encourage you to use during your stay. There are two pools and an outdoor shower that are perfect for kids after the beach. For dining, there are outdoor gas grills on the ground level and a sundeck with tables and chairs for use. There are also coin/card laundry machines on each floor.

Please note: Linens/towels are not provided and there is a strict no pet policy. Refund policy is as follows: 100% refund 30 days before check-in
50% refund 14 days before check-in.

Great week at the beach. We've stayed at this complex 5 times and this was a fantastic unit! Plentiful kitchen utensils, sooooo many hooks to hang every towel, and power cords with usb at every outlet.

Steps from the beach! Amazing location!

This was our first visit to the Jersey Shore and it didn’t disappoint! Being steps away from the beach made our days simpler so we could relax and enjoy. This cozy unit has everything you need for your beach and boardwalk getaway! The property owner and on site management were both quick to respond to our needs. We hope to return someday.

Lousy vacation

Very USED, unkempt, smelly,DIRTY. The property was not prepared well for new guests.

Stayed for the 1st week of Sept.in this unit on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator and luggage carts so getting unpacked is not a chore. There are also lots of tables and umbrellas on this level and two chairs outside the unit. Great location steps away from entrance to the beach, however it needs some updating. Furniture was uncomfortable and the unit was not particularly clean. Found a pile of sand behind the front door, hair on bathroom floor, and cereal under sofa. TV would also repeatedly freeze and lose its wireless connection. Beds were old and very soft and saggy. Kitchen is tiny with very little counter space and no dishwasher, however it was decently equipped with foil, wrap, pots, utensils and coffee filters. Plenty of grills which are downstairs on the ground level. We ate breakfast and lunch outside in the common areas so we did not have to eat inside on the small table in the cramped living space. Luckily, it did not rain. The building itself appears to be a converted motel however it is in reasonably decent shape and the property managers run it efficiently. Our assigned parking space was underneath which required lots of maneuvering to navigate around the poles supporting the building. Not a bad stay but look for a more modern place if we return to the Crest.
