This adorable condo has been completely renovated and has a full sized bed, WiFi, and a refreshing shower in the huge beautiful shower! Enjoy the heated pool after a long day at the beach just 3 blocks away. The boardwalk is also within walking distance and about 6 blocks away. This is truly a great location where you are so close to everything the island has to offer. The futon also opens up to a smaller double bed for laying down after a long day in the sun or for additional sleeping room for two young/small children or one child.

The property does have parking but it is limited and on a first come first serve basis. There are no assigned spots. Parking pass for only one vehicle will be left in the unit, and if parking in one of the lots the pass must be displayed in the vehicle.

Property has wifi and guests can watch their streaming accounts. A courtesy bag of a roll of toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap is provided. Linens are also provided for the bed but renters are responsible for their own beach towels. Bath towels are provided in the unit.
