From the screened lanai, you can hear the quiet movement of the water, and stepping onto the open deck brings an easy connection to the outdoors. Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to 6 guests across two bedrooms and an open loft. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a wall-mounted smart TV. A second bedroom offers a queen bed with direct bathroom access. The open loft provides twin beds and a half bath, giving additional flexibility for families or groups.
Outdoor living
A large screened lanai looks out toward the lake and the 7th hole of the Sawgrass East Course, creating a peaceful place for reading, unwinding, or simply enjoying the view. An adjacent open deck expands the outdoor space. Guests also have access to the community pool located a short walk from the condo, available all year.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and space to prepare meals at home. Cooking basics are provided, and an open layout connects the kitchen with the living and dining areas. A breakfast bar seats three, while the round dining table seats six, offering room for shared meals and time together indoors.
Living spaces & amenities
The main living area brings in abundant natural light and features an indoor fireplace and comfortable seating. Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, smart TVs, bathroom essentials, bed linens, hangers, and a private entrance. Home safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
Neighborhood
Set within the Fisherman’s Cove community of Sawgrass Golf & Country Club, the condo offers a quiet lakeside environment with easy access to walking and biking paths. Guests may use the community pool and the nearby beach access point 1.1 miles away, noting that parking is not provided at that beach access. The surrounding area offers a calm atmosphere close to local attractions and natural scenery.
