Set within the Fisherman’s Cove community of Sawgrass Country Club, this condo offers a thoughtfully arranged layout with views of both the lake and the golf course. Inside, the living area opens naturally for gathering, with seating arranged for conversation or quiet downtime, along with an HDTV and WiFi for streaming or remote work. A dedicated workspace makes it easy to stay connected when needed.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to six guests across two bedrooms and an open loft sleeping area. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has convenient access to a full bathroom. The open loft includes twin beds and an adjacent half bath, offering flexible sleeping space well suited for families or mixed groups.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen provides a functional space for preparing meals during your stay, complete with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Cookware and dishware are available, and meals can be shared at the dining table seating six or at the breakfast bar with seating for three.

Outdoor living
A screened lanai overlooks the lake and golf course, creating a comfortable spot for breezy mornings or winding down at the end of the day. Just beyond, an open deck offers additional outdoor seating and space to relax. A shared outdoor pool, available year-round, is located close by within the community.

Bathrooms and laundry
In addition to the ensuite and second full bathroom, a half bath serves the loft area. Bathroom essentials are provided, and an in-unit washer and dryer allow you to keep up with laundry throughout your stay.

Community and location
The condo is located inside the gated Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Guests have access to the community pool and a designated beach access point approximately 1.1 miles away. Please note that all amenities within Sawgrass Country Club are private and subject to community rules and availability.

Parking and arrival
Free parking is available on the premises with space for two vehicles. Self check-in is provided via keypad, allowing for a smooth arrival at your convenience.
