Ponte Vedra Wilderness Oasis minutes from TPC and the beach

Our home is located on 2.4 acres in Palm Valley, Florida. We have 2 homes that share this amazing property. The two homes are divided by a privacy fence, so each home has privacy. This home has a nice pool that is only available to our guests. We are in a very nice rural setting in the heart of Ponte Vedra and you access the property down a long crush-crete rock driveway. There are woods surrounding us and you may even see and hear birds, owls and hawks. There are 4 TVS with access to internet, board games, and a desk space to work. We have a full kitchen with anything you would need to create a perfect meal (less the food). There are two large porches to sit and think, drink coffee and just enjoy the peace and serenity. Enjoy the fire pit at night while roasting marsh mellows. Go play during the day and come back to a relaxing evening at the Oasis. Take a shower outdoors before heading in to relax. The space is meant for a relaxing time and family oriented time. It is not meant for the party scene. We do not want to disturb the neighbors even though they are not all that close. Enjoy a spa like bath or shower in the upstairs master bathroom. You will think you are at the spa. Sit and read in one of the many quiet spaces. Enjoy the upstairs screened in porch area. Bring your boat and fishing gear so you can go fishing and see all the beauty on the water in this area.

POOL IS FOR THIS UNIT ONLY

SPA IS HEAT CAPABLE. THERE IS A FEE FOR HEATING THE SPA. Prior to your stay, upon check-in, or at any time during your stay, if you would like spa to be heated, please notify your host. During the winter months, we encourage you to tell us ahead of time if you wanted the spa heated so we can prepare in advance.
The fee is $75 for the spa to be heated. You can pay through the booking platform. If you are staying monthly, the fee is $125 per month.
At the time of payment your host will enable the heat pump remotely and it will be ready to use. The spa heats up to a maximum of 103 degrees.

SECURITY

There is a ring camera at the entry area. If you need immediate help, you can call the host directly or push the ring device to reach us. There are also ring camera flood lights for security. If you need anything at all, don't hesitate to reach out to us. The entire property including the POOL is covered by these security cameras. They are motion controlled.
