We greatly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were very comfortable and the location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and the living room furniture was as well. There was plenty of kitchen essentials for us to prepare our meals. The private beach was beautiful and just steps away from the unit. The pool is off-site, but we went to the beach every day, so that wasn't a problem for us. My only suggestion would be to bring a few extra kitchen towels and wash cloths. Definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful view!!

Loved our vacation— first time in this area and we loved it. Quiet beach— not crowded, can watch sunrise from patio or couch inside!! Close to stores, restaurants, and St Augustine for a day trip. Room was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the area and look forward to coming back.

We have stayed at other Sawgrass properties. Beach towels or beach chairs would have been nice to have for use. Laundry detergent would also have been appreciated.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was a perfect get away while traveling through the Ponte Vedra Sawgrass area. Beautiful condo, with great views of ocean, and easy access to the beach. Felt very safe. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer. We’ll definitely will be back.

Beach paradise!

The property is beautiful and so relaxing. The condo was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much any item you could need. The in unit washer and dryer was a great bonus. Our trip was interrupted by Hurricane Ian so we only were able to enjoy a few nights before having to leave. Virginia was great with handling the hurricane situation. We would stay here again if we travel to the same area again. Tons of shells on the beach too. Restaurants are okay in Ponte Vedra, but preferred some of the esting in Jacksonville (only a few min away).

Good Ground Floor Find Needs a Little TLC

This is a nice condo. Location is excellent and the beautiful ocean view even better than expected for a ground floor unit. The sofa is not as pictured online. It's covered in an unattractive, ill-fitting slipcover. Surprisingly, the kitchen didn't have a blender (not promised but expected) and didn't have the coffee pot listed in amenities. Although Virginia offered to bring one the next day, I just used the Keurig instead. Oddly, there are no towel bars or wash cloths in the bathroom. Overall, this condo is a little underwhelming compared to others. That being said, none of these is a deal breaker, and I would stay here again. Virginia, the property manager, couldn't have been more responsive, and that's a real plus. A few small fixes could/would go a long way .

Never Disappointed, Beautiful Condo

Surf Villas never disappoint. Great property, great location. This condo was beautifully updated with easy access to the beach. The property manager was easy to communicate with whenever we had a question. Would definitely rent here again.

Loved the place! Virginia ,our host was very accommodating and easily accessible. A very pleasant surprise was how close the beach was. Place was immaculate and lovely! Will definitely stay there again ❤️

Beautiful beachfront location and view!!

Love the location! Condo has great layout, comfy bed and furniture, well-stocked with most supplies, easy parking, plus wonderful covered lanai within easy walk to the beach. It could use a deep cleaning, and some updating, but we won’t let that stop us from returning. Overall, a wonderful beach trip!! And the property manager was so responsive and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Great stay

A relaxing few days at the beach. Property is well taken care of and accurately depicted in the pictures/description. We will definitely be back! Management was amazing to deal with and we had absolutely no issues during our stay.

This place was AMAZING!

We loved this place! We will definitely go back! I read every review on this place and everyone nailed it! To the awesome management team to the amazing property! They have recently painted the outside of the building to a light pretty grey which made a huge upgrade on the outside looks.

Perfect escape

My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip to PVB/St. Augustine area for my birthday as our original plans to fly to Caribbean were canceled due to covid. This was the perfect escape. Less than 6 hour drive for us. Enjoyed 3 nights at 616 and then moved on to St. Augustine for 1 night since due to availability we couldn't stay 4. From the moment we checked in, we so wished we could have stayed longer. The condo is beautifully appointed. Super comfy and had all amenities we needed. We originally had hoped for upstairs unit but feel like we lucked out with downstairs location. It had rained right before we arrived but the downstairs seating area was totally dry. We got to pass a rainy afternoon enjoying the view from the patio area. A fun bonus for us, on Sunday night we arrived, there was live outdoor music next door at the restaurant/pool at the Sawgrass Beach Club so definitely added to the atmosphere (not too loud). The beach area is just so beautiful and is right there. No crowds. Just a tip - due to covid, Sawgrass Beach Club/Country Club isn't doing temporary monthly passes for guests - at least that's what they said when we called. We are putting this specific condo on our must return list when we need to getaway. Virginia was so helpful every step of the way and appreciated her feedback and responsiveness.

Condo conveniently located close to the beach, walking paths, restaurants, movie theaters, and St Augustine. Condo well appointed. Manager very pleasant and helpful. will definitively recommend it.
