Welcome to our relaxed beachfront retreat with private access to North Piha Beach. Our cozy 2-bedroom beach house is perfect for a laid-back escape, designed for sandy feet and salty hair. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the lounge or front deck. The sleepout offers a queen bed, kitchenette, TV, Wi-Fi, and an outdoor shower and toilet. Just steps from the surf, it’s ideal for beach lovers and surfers. We move out when booked, making our family home yours for a memorable coastal stay.

Our beach house offers a relaxed, open-plan living space designed to make you feel right at home. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:

Main House:

- Living Room: A cozy, light-filled space with large windows that let you enjoy beach views from the comfort of the couch. It’s perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun or watching the sunset.
- Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for preparing meals, plus a dining area where you can enjoy them together. It’s casual and functional, ideal for whipping up snacks or full meals.
- Bedroom 1: A king-sized bed

Sleepout:

The detached sleepout is a versatile space with a queen bed, a kitchenette for light meals, a TV with Wi-Fi for entertainment, and a workspace with ethernet. It’s great for guests wanting extra privacy. The sleepout also has its own outdoor shower and toilet, offering convenience after beach days.

Outdoor Spaces:

- Front Deck: A spacious deck overlooking the beach, where you can relax with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset.
- Private Beach Access: Step straight from the house onto the sand with our exclusive beach access—no need to walk far to enjoy the surf!
